Founded in 2002 by Jamie Lawrence, Good Mood Records LLC was initially conceived as a children’s music label. The label’s first three releases all won the distinguished Parents’ Choice award along with many others. Whole Foods has carried many of GMR’s selections on their shelves and together they have sold thousands of records. In 2004 Bad Mood Mom and Other Good Mood Songs made the Parents’ Choice List of the top 25 CDs of the last 25 years.

In 2013 Good Mood Records has branched out and released two CDs by the extraordinary singer/songwriter Mara Measor. For more information about Mara click here. 

In the future Good Mood Records plans to release a series of instrumental CDs by its founder Jamie Lawrence.
